MCPC, a leading global endpoint management company, has announced the acquisition of Northern Technical Group LLC (NTG), a Northeast Ohio based company that focuses exclusively on delivering endpoint management services, primarily in the healthcare space.
MCPC’s acquisition of NTG will add considerable technical depth of resources, skills, and capacity to MCPC’s endpoint management services portfolio, including additional field deployment resources, as well as additional endpoint deployment, support, and disposition service offerings.
In addition, this acquisition also brings new and significant clients, who will be able to take advantage of MCPC’s full complement of lifecycle endpoint management services, particularly in the company’s fastest growing business vertical, healthcare.
MCPC will fully integrate its existing lifecycle endpoint management capabilities with the new organization to add greater business and technical value to its clients.
