Mike Trebilcock is the Chairman and CEO of MCPC, the Cleveland-based technology solutions firm he founded in 2002. A visionary leader with over three decades of innovationin the high-tech sector, Mike has grown MCPC into an industry-leading provider of comprehensive IT managed services through creative acquisitions and strategic divestitures. Mike guides new acquisitions’ integration into the MCPC family, emphasizing long-term customer value and expanded opportunities for employees.
President
Mike is a technology industry veteran and has held many executive and client-facing sales and marketing roles. He has a deep understanding of customer needs and promotes a service-centric culture that consistently delivers high client satisfaction.
Chief of Staff
In his role as Chief of Staff, Jason is responsible for developing and leading Human Capital Management, as well as orchestrating the other organizational elements of the business (Sales/Marketing, Operations, Finance, Architecture/Governance, and Business Applications). Taylor has over 30 years of experience in the tech sector and has served as a key executive with MCPC since 2007. In that time, he has focused on development of sales, operations, strategy, ESG and the growth of professional services.
Chief Financial Officer
Rob has over 30 years of IT industry experience and has served as MCPC’s CFO since 2014. Rob directs and oversees the company’s policies and functions for the financial, legal, compliance and administrative areas within MCPC. Working closely with Mike Trebilcock and the management team, Rob has been integrally involved in the successful planning and execution of MCPC’s long term vision.
Executive Vice President of Global Sales
Eric brings over 25 years of sales leadership and operational experience assisting Healthcare Systems and Fortune 1000 accounts navigate the ever-changing pace of technology and digital innovation. As EVP of Sales for MCPC, Eric is responsible for driving revenue growth across existing/new clients and markets while building and expanding a high performance “services 1st” sales team.
Chief Technology Officer
As CTO and Principal Consultant at MCPC, Ira helps clients conceptualize and develop innovative technology solutions for complex operational challenges across a range of industries. Ira directs MCPC’s secure technology logistics business strategy that includes endpoint security, digital transformation, all aspect of the lifecycle value chain, total cost of ownership and supply chain and logistics.
Executive Vice President of Development
Michael is part of a team that develops innovate technology solutions for unique business issues. His experience includes sales, strategic initiatives, and development. He has recently been working on innovative solutions for students in underserved areas who may not have easy access to technology or internet connection. Michael’s unique approach to solving the digital divide has already helped many students.
Executive Vice President of Strategic Partner Alliances
In his role as EVP of Strategic Partner Alliances, Reddy is responsible for growing and implementing partnership strategies. He has previously held roles as SVP of Sales, Senior Account Manager, and Regional Vice President.
