♻️ MCPC Announces Fifth Annual E-Recycling Event in Collaboration with Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and Cleveland Zoological Society

As part of its commitment to environmental stewardship and community support, MCPC is excited to announce its fifth annual E-Recycling Event. This year, MCPC will partner again with the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and Cleveland Zoological Society to promote responsible e-waste disposal.
The event will take place on Earth Day, Tuesday, April 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo.
🌎 Why E-Waste Recycling Matters
Improper e-waste disposal poses serious environmental risks. By hosting this event, MCPC offers a safe and eco-friendly way for people to get rid of old or unused electronics.

💚 Supporting Conservation Efforts
MCPC recycles devices at its Secure Technology Asset Disposition (STAD) center in Old Brooklyn. Money earned from this non-commercial event will support gorilla conservation.

🚛 The “Go Green Machine” Truck
The colorful MCPC “Go Green Machine” truck will be at the event to educate guests on good recycling habits. It highlights how mining for device materials affects gorilla habitats and explains how recycling can reduce this impact.
