Why we publish it

Pricing is a planning problem.

MCPC tracks manufacturer and distribution pricing because our customers buy devices at scale, and because a published effective date is only useful to an organization that can see its own demand coming.

The dependency is fleet visibility — device age, condition, and replacement timeline. If your organization cannot produce that forecast today, the report will tell you what it is costing.
