Who Are We Looking For?

We are always looking for people that are good at their job, obviously, but that also fit our company values and culture.

Commitment: We maintain a reputation for integrity, empathy, flexibility, and teamwork.
Team members that always try to do the right thing, understand that every day presents new challenges and can adapt to changing priorities, and enjoying working with people and challenging one another to always do better, will enjoy the MCPc environment.

Expertise: We are a community dedicated to learning about how technology elevates business.
Every business relies on technology to manage and protect their data. Technology and data can either empower a business and help it grow, or if it doesn’t work as intended, possibly kill it. We are obsessed with using technology to make our clients safer and more productive. If you eat, breathe and sleep technology, we should talk.

Results: We drive business outcomes through practical problem solving that challenges the status quo.
“That’s the way we’ve always done it” has no place at MCPc. We want people who challenge traditional thinking and that always offer alternative ideas and viewpoints. If you have an opinion, share it - that’s why we hired you!

Flexibility: Business isn’t limited to weekdays, 9 – 5. We are always looking for contactors, and tech pros seeking part-time, flexible hours because business happens every hour of every day.
In addition to our own technology team needs, we support many organizations’ IT teams with top-notch tech talent, and our clients have different needs; some might need someone 5 days a week; others might need someone 2 days a week; for others we “parachute in” specialists for IT projects. We are always looking for talent like you!
