Mercyhurst University breaks ground on security operations center and cyberlab after $1 million MCPc investment.

Construction has started on Mercyhurst University’s security operations center and cyberlab.

In July, MCPc committed to a $1 million investment to create a new cyberlab for Mercyhurst’s Ridge College of Intelligence Studies and Applied Sciences. The cyberlab will be a powerful teaching tool for Ridge College students.

In addition to the cyberlab, the investment will stand up a fully functional security operations center (SOC). The SOC will be staffed by Mercyhurst students and managed by MCPc. Students working in the lab will be employed by MCPc and interact with MCPc customers.
