Telecommunication Services Assessment Details
Our Telecommunication Services Assessment starts with a discussion between you and one of our Carrier Services Solution Architects. In this meeting, you’ll discuss your business operations, current telecommunications environment, performance requirements and desires.
We’ll request copies of your carrier bills for the previous three months, which will provide us with the average costs of your local, long distance and data plans. After the discovery is complete (typically about two-to-three weeks, depending on the size of your organization), we’ll give you an easy-to-understand report that includes details on all of your current services, as well as current baseline monthly costs.
Your Solution Architect then shares his or her recommendations to update your telecommunications infrastructure, along with the cost difference between our proposed plan and your current environment. Our suggestions will be based upon your specific requirements and goals — not simply on what your current design state is today.
From there, we’ll agree on a final design and work with you to develop a transition roadmap and strategy.
