Service Level Agreements 

We work closely with customers to develop service level agreements that guarantee support when needed, in some instances having a technician onsite within hours to fix mission-critical hardware. Under the SLA, all time and materials are already accounted for in the monthly fee, helping you budget more effectively.

Time & Material Service Packages 

We can also arrange Time & Material Service packages, where we work with you to define a designated hourly rate. We then invoice you for any time and materials required to fix your equipment.

Depot Repair Services

Depending on your organization’s space limitations, we also offer full Depot Repair Services, where we house an inventory of your equipment at our facility. As equipment breaks down, we ship out a replacement that day to be hot swapped with the broken piece, which you ship back to us. We then fix any issues, image the computer with the necessary applications and settings, and store it for redeployment upon request.
