MCPc implements a Customer Central methodology that includes a configurable ecommerce catalog called MCPconnect to facilitate the procurement process and manage your technology inventory. MCPconnect gives your employees the ability to quickly order an item directly from a manufacturer, with internal controls that can be configured to align product offerings with IT support policy and your purchasing approval workflow.

MCPc maintains Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) relationships with our customers, vendors and suppliers, ensuring up-to-date shipping and tracking information, as well as product availability and accounting functionality.

Storage and Prepping

Since often times customer computers are configured and then stored within our Strongsville, Ohio, storage facility prior to deployment, customers often send newly purchased technology straight to us. Once at our facility, each computer is tested to ensure it is in working order, configured with proper images, staged and kitted, and then deployed to your facility when needed.
