We first work with you to identify the scope of the project, define any regulations we need to follow, and generate a timeline of when major tasks are to be completed.
Next, we determine the user, function and system requirements for the solution. Accurate records are kept throughout to serve as benchmarks for the final Closeout phase.
Here, we again collaborate with your IT technicians to layout the blue print for any new systems including design, configuration and testing.
During this phase, we develop the product or service solutions that will situate your organization to most effectively achieve its objectives. This phase utilizes all the plans, schedules, procedures and templates that were prepared during previous steps.
At this point, we implement the new system and train any end users on how to manage it. Time is set aside to ensure your users understand all elements prior to pushing the solution out to the rest of the organization. The conclusion of this phase is when the new system is fully developed, tested, accepted, implemented and transitioned into your operational IT environment.
The project Closing phase is designed to holistically assess the project and determine if your organization objectives were met. In addition, we derive any lessons learned to refine our best practices and apply them to future projects.
