Total Print Management System. This software program is designed to accurately collect information about page count, supply status and the health of each device, regardless of make or model.

Our Printer Management Software is installed directly on your server, where it collects key usage data and health alerts about each printer, including:
- Number of pages printed
- Current state
- Toner levels
- Maintenance condition
- Number of paper jams
- Failures
- Supply status
Using a secure HTTPS connection, the program streams this information to MCPc several times per day for review and analysis.
Alerts
We learn your environment, anticipating spikes based on trends. MCPc configures our Print Management Software to
automatically order new supplies if a printer is running low. It can also alert us to any issue that requires immediate maintenance. Depending on the alert, and your organization’s internal IT capabilities, we can dispatch one of our certified technicians to provide the necessary
service and support.
