MCPc has a fantastic family-feel culture, where associates treat each other with respect and professionalism. We believe nothing is more valuable than our reputation, and we hold integrity and flexibility as two of our core beliefs.

We know that our people are our number one asset and treat them accordingly. Our management team demonstrates our organizational values through leading by example, and is both accessible and approachable. And, our collaboration and teamwork is evident by the lifelong friendships some of our co-workers have developed.

Health and Wellness

We encourage our associates to be healthy in mind, body and spirit. Therefore, we offer a strong benefits program including a health savings plan where associates are given $600 to $1,200 to join. In addition, we offer discounts to the Community Rec Center in the city where we are headquartered, and we encourage associates to use all of their paid time off each year to refresh and recharge.

Our offices are clean environments, and associates enjoy free coffee or tea, hot cocoa and subsidized vending machines. Each associate receives recognition on their anniversary with a basket of fresh cookies along with their name listed on our Intranet.

Strong Leadership

Our leadership team is stable and comes to work each day with MCPc’s best interests in mind. The majority of our shareholders are employees so they know how their work performance directly reflects our bottom line. They also know that an ethical business that meets its goals leads to success on both the personal and financial sides of our business.

Community Involvement

We believe in giving back to our communities and supporting our associates whenever they are in need. We also have been green for a long time (since prior to 1998), recycling paper, plastic bottles and toner, and ensuring the technology products we retire are disposed of according to environmental guidelines. In addition to practicing what we preach, we promote such programs to our clients through our Managed Print Services.

It is not just because many employees have been working together for years, and consistently hear about each others kids, parents and pets (and not necessarily in that order), but we also have fun while working together to accomplish great things.
