Onsite Printer Maintenance and Support Services

A healthy and fully operational print environment is essential to your company’s ability to perform at peak efficiency. To avoid challenges with constant failures and costly breakdowns, proactive monitoring and maintenance of all print devices is a must.

MCPc offers unmatched printer maintenance and support to keep your fleet in peak working condition. We combine a robust analytics-tracking platform with one of the most experienced service engineering staff in the industry. Each member of our team is warranty authorized to service all the top printer brands.

We can tailor service level agreements to meet any or all of your printing and imaging service needs, including support of mission critical devices.

Installation of New Devices 

To install new print devices, or an entire fleet, our project management team develops a comprehensive plan and schedule for installation and basic network configuration. We provide a responsibility matrix that includes all activities and assigns responsibilities. Depending on your internal capabilities, we can offer as much support as needed.

Help Desk Support and Software Training

In addition to our Printer Management Software, we use manufacturer-provided software, such as HP WEB JetAdmin, to assist your help desk in pushing configuration changes, updating firmware and configuring advanced settings. During deployment, MCPc can also provide training and general usage instruction.

Health Check / Annual Preventative Maintenance 

MCPc performs a multipoint annual health check on each managed device, as well as conducts any preventative maintenance required to avoid potential failures or breakdowns. These proactive measures are conducted onsite by one of our certified technicians, and scheduled in advance to minimize or avoid disruptions.

Call Support & Maintenance

MCPc provides technical support through our National Call Center between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If our support team is unable to resolve the issue over the phone, we dispatch a certified technician to your facility.
