Do you want to add new technology to your network, but are unsure about how to do so in the most cost-effective and efficient way?

Network Assessment Details
To complete a Network Assessment, we’ll start by understanding your current network, how it helps support business operations, and your organizational goals for the next three-to-five years.
Then, we’ll install a network analytic appliance, which will provide data about your installed hardware and software such as:
- Inventory: Hardware makes and models, software versions used
- Performance: Network age, warranty and maintenance statuses all components
- Traffic: Patterns and peak load times
After all relevant information is gathered (typically one business week or less), we will compare your network data with industry best practices and identify any gaps that may need to be updated to achieve peak performance, meet operational needs and achieve long-term business goals.
Then, an MCPc Solution Architect will work with you to develop a network upgrade plan for both the short- and long-term, with new technologies budgeted for and prioritized to help you achieve your business goals efficiently and affordably. We’ll also discuss options for network monitoring solutions, and provide suggestions to help keep your network up-to-date on an ongoing basis.
At the end of our engagement, you will receive a complete report with the following information.
- Review of network infrastructure, potential manufacturer compliance issues and security vulnerabilities
- Detailed analysis of network performance based on testing results
- Recommendations for remediation and new technology implementation
- Statistical reports
- Diagrams of your network as it exists today, as well as iterative updates to achieve your five-year plan
Whether you decide to move forward with recommended upgrades or not, the report is yours to keep, so that you can reference your organization's assessment data and five-year roadmap at any time.
