Standard IT Services Program
Our standard program begins with a review of all of your maintenance contracts, after which we’ll provide recommendations on what items to cover under MCPc Care. We’ll also offer advice on hot- and cold-spare failover options for key components.
We’ll then regularly analyze all technology covered, and provide you with
customized monthly scorecards that include operational performance data, key performance indicators, potential issues to address and optimization recommendations.
Enhanced IT Services Program
In addition to the features of the standard program, the enhanced option includes
analysis and diagnosis of system notifications, onsite support and issue remediation, hot and cold spare configuration and installation, and one of two levels of Helpdesk support.
- Level one: Call answering services, troubleshooting and call logging
- Level two: Level one, plus server connection for remote issue resolution, and software- and application-related incident fixes
Premium IT Services Program
This includes all features of the enhanced program, as well as a
network discovery to start the engagement. With this keen understanding of your environment, we can
proactively monitor systems on an ongoing basis, and address potential points of failure before they become critical. If we see an alert, we’ll analyze and diagnose the problem, then remotely remedy the situation to keep disruptions at your workplace to a minimum.
