Welcome Message from Mike Phelps, Regional President

Welcome and thank you for your interest in MCPc. Our Louisville facility serves as one of MCPc’s sales, service and operation centers for Kentucky and nearby Southern Indiana. We enjoy relationships as the trusted technology partner in all corners of the state and have been a part of the community since 1980. We’ve been fortunate to have many clients trust us with their business — and we’ve been fortunate to work within a community that recognizes the value of that kind of partnership.
The Louisville and Southern Indiana area has quickly become a worldwide center for healthcare research, the food service industry, and distribution and logistics. We’re proud of the relationships we’ve established in these and other industries over the years, but we’re not satisfied. Our relentless focus on continuous improvement will not change, nor will the importance of taking care of the client.
Our regional staff has an average tenure of more than 10 years in the industry and all have the same goal in mind: exceeding your expectations every day.
In addition to regional support, MCPc provides companies in the area with access to a technology partner that boasts a national footprint with nearly $250 million in annual revenues and advanced certifications with leading manufacturers including Cicso Gold, Citrix Gold, NetApp Gold, VMware Premier and several HP specializations.
I hope that you will allow my team to be a resource to your organization and join the many companies that have experienced how MCPc “makes doing business easier.”
We work with all kinds of companies — from small-to-medium businesses to global enterprises — in a variety of industries. Following are summaries of a few recent customer engagements, outlining some of our technology service and solution offerings.
Public School System
Streaming Video Solution
MCPc recently designed and implemented a streaming video and cable distribution solution to this school district’s K-12 and technical schools. This design eliminates the need for traditional coax cable distribution to nearly 500 classrooms that house over 8000 students and faculty. It also allows the district to digitize its entire instructional library for on-demand viewing.

Visual Communications
At this customer’s world headquarters, we designed and installed six state-of-the-art training facilities complete with data, audio and video capabilities. By integrating a user friendly AMX room control system, this facility can provide conferencing or training capabilities for small groups or all of the rooms can be combined to provide large-venue capacity for up to 300 participants. This facility is also used for control group taste test studies for new menu items.

University located in Central Kentucky
Multimedia Room System
Since 2008, we have designed and installed more than 200 multimedia-integrated classrooms at this university's various campus locations and other state-funded educational institutions. The updated classrooms greatly enhance the learning experience for students and faculty by providing full interactive presentation capabilities. We also provide ongoing programming and service support for these installations.

Regional Medical Center
Managed Print Services
This hospital was faced with supporting an aging copier fleet as well as a legacy network printer fleet. MCPc designed and implemented a Managed Print Services solution that included nearly 30 new HP multi-function devices with the ability to be seamlessly integrated with the hospital's Meditech EMR system. MCPc also designed a service and supplies solution for the entire fleet that includes automatic toner ordering and onsite service and parts. This is all consolidated into a single monthly invoice for all activity, allowing their IT and accounting staff members to focus on more strategic tasks.

300 Bed Regional Hospital
Mobile Medical Carts
To comply with government HIPAA regulations and better protect patient data, the hospital was interested in migrating to an electronic medical record system complete with mobile medical carts. We procured, warehoused, assembled, tested and delivered 165 wireless mobile medical carts for this hospital. The carts ensure that hospital personnel have ready access to important patient information and keep the health system compliant with government standards.
