Helpdesk Management 

As calls come in, our experts work with the caller to troubleshoot and resolve issues over the phone. If this is not possible, we dispatch one of our service technicians to your facility.

Single Point of Contact 

Our technicians can manage the entire break fix process, including over-the-phone consulting, field technician dispatching and part procurement. We can also work directly with third party vendors on your behalf, eliminating any need for your involvement.

Warranty Support and Fixes

Our experts are certified by the leading technology manufacturers to service their equipment in accordance with warranty requirements, saving you time and money should a fix be required.

Prior to starting any equipment maintenance project, we review all warranties to ensure fixes are done within designated guidelines. This removes the possibility of voiding warranty coverages.
