Welcome Message from Andy Shannon, Regional Vice President
Trust – that’s what we strive to build with each of our clients. We know we have the capabilities, personnel and experience to help them – but do our clients trust that we will meet their expectations? Do they trust that we will step up when things go wrong? Do they trust that we will do what’s right?
Our Grand Rapids office has maintained 100% client retention – and we plan to maintain that status as we continue down our path to success. We’ve been fortunate to have many clients trust us with their business – and we’ve been fortunate to work within a community that recognizes the value in partnerships. We’re proud of the relationships we’ve established in our first few years but we’re not satisfied. Our relentless focus on continuous improvement will not change, nor will the importance of taking care of the client.
At MCPc, we love to earn business one opportunity at a time. Thank you to all of our existing clients for trusting us and for giving us the opportunity to earn your business. For future clients, we look forward to meeting you and better understanding how we can help you succeed.
We work with all kinds of organizations — from small-to-medium businesses to global enterprises — in a variety of industries. Following are summaries of a few recent local customer engagements outlining some of our most effective services and solution offerings.
| Digital Signage and Personal Systems for Davenport Univeristy in Western Michigan |
 |
This university maintained a very manual digital content distribution system taking up valuable time. MCPc has helped design and implement new Cisco Digital Media Suite (DMS) solution that will allow the university to create and manage content very efficiently. By pushing out content creation to regional support staff, content is more relevant to each student, staff and faculty member.
MCPc has also been selected to help manage this university’s annual PC refresh deployment. In doing so, this will ensure supply chain efficiency as well as more controlled lease schedules throughout its 14 campus locations. We’ve given logistical control back to the IT staff which has allowed them to be more efficient at deploying the technology. Learn more about our

| PC Lifecycle Management and Implementation Services for Spectrum Health |
 |
Since our initial engagement nearly three years ago, our focus has been on driving efficiencies within Spectrum Health’s technology procurement, configuration and deployment processes – allowing Spectrum Health to focus on providing exceptional patient care. For West Michigan’s largest employer, this has resulted in a 75% reduction in deployment time required by their field support teams. Our process methodologies and integration with Spectrum Health’s IT systems have allowed us to deliver true value and real cost savings to the organization. Our relationship with the health system continues to grow, and we were recently brought on to handle the technology design and implementation in two new $100M+ facilities. Learn more about our

Grand Rapids offers big-city amenities — such as museums, restaurants and shopping — alongside natural waterways and rural backdrops, making it the ideal location for people of all interests.
With the Grand Rapids River running through the heart of downtown, residents can enjoy salmon and steelhead fishing within the city’s boundaries. In fact, Field & Stream Magazine named Grand Rapids the
nation's sixth best fishing city in 2006.
Just four miles from downtown is
Millennium Park, one of the nation’s largest green spaces, which features a six-acre beach and nearly 20 miles of trails for public recreation.
In addition, the surrounding areas provide additional opportunities for outdoor pursuits such as hunting, biking and hiking. The city is also only 30 miles from the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan.
Hockey is all the rave in Grand Rapids with locals flocking to the Van Andel Arena to support the Griffins hockey team. This 12,000-seat arena also hosts concerts and special events.
The city is also home to numerous museums, including the
Grand Rapids Art Museum,
Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum and
Van Andel Museum Center — one of the oldest history museums in the United States. Grand Rapids is also home to the world-class botanical garden, the
Frederick Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park, and 22 universities, colleges, and theological seminaries.
