Employee Benefit Programs

MCPc’s benefit programs are designed to support and retain our valuable employees. We are proud of our benefit offerings and work hard to make them above standards in the marketplace.

Benefits Breakdown

Medical: At MCPc, you have the choice of two health plans. The core PPO plan offers 80% coverage with a $20 primary/preventative care co-pay. Prescription coverage is $10 for generic drugs, $30 for brand name/formulary drugs and $50 for brand name/non formulary drugs. The second health plan option is a Health Savings Account. MCPc pays associates $600-$1,200 toward their $2,000/$4,000 deductible.

Dental: MCPc’s dental plan offers the largest list of network providers in the industry. Coverage is 100% for preventative and minor services care in-network, and 60% for major services up to $1,000 annually.

Vision: MCPc is partnered with the largest list of network providers in the industry. Our plan covers an exam and new lenses annually, frames up to $125 every other year and contacts up to $125 every other year.

Long-Term Disability Insurance:
MCPc pays 100% of this benefit for its employees. You are covered for 60% of your pay, up to $10,000 a month max, starting on your 180th day of disability.

Short-Term Disability Insurance: Associates have the option to purchase STD to supplement their LTD. STD covers 60% of your pay from day one or day eight up until day 180.

Life Insurance: MCPc provides a $25,000 life insurance policy to each of its employees.
Voluntary Life: MCPc offers additional life insurance up to $350,000 for employees, $50,000 for spouses and $10,000 for children.

Flexible Spending Account: FSAs allow associates to set aside money pre-tax to pay for certain health and dependent care expenses.

401(k) and Profit Sharing: MCPc associates can save for retirement via paycheck deduction by joining our competitive 401(k) plan.

Tuition Reimbursement: Associates are eligible for up to $2,000 in tuition reimbursement annually.

Paid Time Off: MCPc’s PTO plan encourages associates to take time off to rest and recharge. Associates start earning PTO when they join MCPc and depending on their tenure, can earn up to five weeks off annually. PTO can be taken after 90 days of employment.

Paid Holidays: MCPc offers eight-to-nine paid holiday days off annually.
Fitness Discounts: MCPc offers discounts on Recreation Center memberships in the city in which we are headquartered.

Employee Purchase Program: MCPc allows its associates to purchase the products it sells (office supplies, computers, peripherals, services, etc.) at cost plus 3%.

Postage and Shipping: Associates can purchase stamps from our company post office or conveniently ship packages in our warehouse, and then pay via payroll deduction.

Periodic Perks: MCPc realizes the importance of having fun and we sponsor a Fun Friday program that includes events such as a pancake breakfast — cooked and served by management, a chili cook-off and executive car washes (executives wash the cars).

Charitable Events: MCPc sponsors various charities throughout the year via walk-a-thons, lunches requiring donations, giving-trees, blood drives, food drives and more.

Dress Code: Our dress code is business casual Monday through Thursday, and every Friday is a jeans day.
