personal computer systems in our secure warehouse. As a customer you have access to a portal where you can view real-time status of your technology inventory.
MCPconnect
MCPconnect is a full-service procurement solution that enables your managers and employees to procure company-approved technology and office products online as needed. This customized ecommerce site is configured to sync with your standards and requisitions (a way to enforce IT and hardware standards across your user base). Using this tool you can limit the products certain employees have access to, set limits on credit cards and lock shipping addresses.
Spend Management
To ensure spend control, we can arrange to have all expenses of a certain dollar amount signed-off on by a specified company representative prior to MCPc taking any action.
Supply Chain Management
MCPc can distribute and setup access points throughout the United States.
Online Configuration Services
We can tailor our programs to allow for access to a secure login where you can request changes to PC configuration specifications, including images, logins, passwords and memory requirements.
Collaboration Site
Our customers have access to a collaboration site that allows for the sharing of documents between our organizations, posting of comments, and a designated workspace that can be edited by multiple parties simultaneously.

The reports can be formatted in the style of your choosing and made available on demand from customer central portal, emailed, or loaded to customer central at regular intervals.
Scorecards
To guarantee we continue to meet the key performance indicators established in our service level agreement, every month (or as often as needed) we provide you with a performance scorecard. This scorecard details ongoing activity status, compares performance to predetermined metrics, and offers recommendations on how to improve any activities not trending favorably.
