
Lance Frew
President and Chief Financial Officer |
Lance Frew serves as President and Chief Financial Officer for MCPc, and in those roles helps guide the organization in achieving its strategic vision as an industry leader in complete IT solutions and services, while executing corporate financial commitments.
Mr. Frew has more than 20 years of experience in operations, finance and accounting. In 2003, he began his career with MCPc as Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, Mr. Frew helped establish the proper financial foundation and disciplines for MCPc to grow as a fully independent, national solution provider.
As part of the organization’s growth strategy, Mr. Frew assumed the role of president in January 2006, which enhanced MCPc’s leadership team, and enabled CEO Mike Trebilcock to spend more time interacting with customers, and turn increased focus toward overall corporate growth and direction.
Earlier in his career from 1999-2002, Mr. Frew worked with mid-market companies as a consultant and investment banker advising clients in turnarounds, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to 1999, he spent eight years with an international explosives manufacturer, working in a number of financial and operational roles.
Mr. Frew holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University.

Jason Dell

Jason Dell has been a Senior Solutions Architect for the last five years with MCPc. Mr. Dell has programmed in 10 different languages, spent a number of years in the datacenter and managing 2nd and 3rd level desktop support.
Before joining MCPC, Mr. Dell spent 15 years on the operational side of Information Technology. His consultative approach as well as his vast knowledge of all things IT has made him a trusted advisor for many of MCPc's top customers, as well as an expert in the areas of Strategic Desktop Computing, Virtualization, and Mobile Data Security.

Jeffrey Goldstein

Jeffrey Goldstein has been with MCPc for almost 12 years with his linage dating back to the Dreher Business Products days. The majority of Mr. Goldstein's tenure has been in the delivery of hardcopy and value added services to customers. His responsibilities have scaled from managing the Imaging & Printing business to providing ongoing consulting as a Senior Consultant to MCPc clients. Although committed to hardcopy services and programs, Jeff will tell you that he is in the Customer Service business, as he devotes as much of his time as possible taking care of MCPc clients.
Mr. Goldstein earned his BS in Management of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management from The University of Akron and his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University.

Ira Grossman
PMP, Director of Project Management |
Ira Grossman brings more than 15 years of technology project management and supply chain experience to MCPc.
Prior to joining MCPc, Mr. Grossman served as Vice President of client services for Kewill Solutions, a role he held since 2002. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Ohio University and is a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project management professional (PMP).

Beth Stec
Director of Corporate Communications and Human Resources |
Beth Stec is responsible for personnel programs and policies, including staffing, benefits and employee relations. Mrs. Stec’s customers are MCPc’s most valuable asset — its employees. Her goal is to work to create an environment that encourages retention, fosters recruitment and grows MCPc’s reputation as a great place to work.
Mrs. Stec joined MCPc in 1998 and created the HR function from the ground up. Before joining MCPc, Mrs. Stec was Branch Manager at Snider-Blake Personnel from 1990 to 1998. She was responsible for the day-to-day operations of Cleveland’s oldest independently owned staffing agency. Prior to that, she worked as an Intern during college for the United Way. Mrs. Stec holds a BSBA from Bowling Green State University. She also has multiple certifications in various programs such as supervisory skills, time management, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, FMLA and payroll law.

Perry Szarka
Director, Datacenter, Strategic Business Unit |
Perry Szarka works closely with our clients to understand their business objectives, and how we can help to achieve them. Mr. Szarka is especially knowledgeable in the areas of data storage and network infrastructure solutions with over 20 years experience in the computer industry.
Mr. Szarka evaluates technology and manufacturers for inclusion in the SBUs portfolio of solution offerings. He has an extensive sales and technical background in microcomputer hardware, software, storage networking and general network technologies.
He has achieved sales and technical certifications from many well-known companies like Cisco, Hewlett Packard, IBM, APC, Citrix and VMware, as well as industry credentials from organizations like The Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA). Mr. Szarka is also a member of the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE).

Jason Taylor

Jason Taylor is responsible for sales management of Northern Ohio, Michigan and Chicago. In his current role, Mr. Taylor provides customers with value-oriented solutions that improve operational and financial effectiveness.
He has close to 20 years of experience in the IT industry as both a hardware/software/services solution provider and independent consultant. Over his career, he has worked with many different types of organizations in both the public and private sectors, helping them to exploit the advantages of converged communications technologies. Mr. Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications management from Ohio University.
