How it Works

Our Automated Supply Ordering service includes the installation of our Printer Management Software. The software continuously monitors metrics about each printer in your fleet, including its health and current supply levels.

As soon as levels drop below a predetermined percentage, an alert is generated and sent to MCPc, where a refill is automatically ordered on behalf of your company. Email notifications, containing information about the alert and order status, are then sent to the employee charged with the maintenance of that printer.
