Vox Mobile, a spin-off company based on mobile technology services established
in July of 2003 by MCPc, has reached an important business milestone. The
Middleburg Heights-based company, called Vox Mobile, will leverage the current
install base of customers, employees, intellectual property, infrastructure,
and an initial round of private investment to launch the new entity. The MCPc
Mobility Practice was one of ten business units under the MCPc umbrella which
has grown exponentially over the past 3 years and resulted in creating this new
company which will focus on providing clients with managed services for mobile
technologies.

Vox Mobile is a technology-managed services company focused on delivering
enterprise wireless solutions. Our roots are grounded in systems integration

In the last 3 years, our mobility interaction with our core clients has led to

Vox Mobile’s Support Center includes end user Technical Support, end user life
cycle management (moves, adds, and changes), and logistical services. Most
cellular managed service organizations will support a list of services that
include procurement & activation; deactivation; number porting; account
suspend; device migration, and service changes. This transactional demand based
support is the beginning of a managed service.
At Vox Mobile, we provide these services but truly believe the complexity and
value to the end user resides in the technical support of the integrated
devices within your environment. Our full service web portal complements your
enterprises corporate procurement and governance procedures. Voice only mobile
users require support when an event occurs. Cell devices are reliable and the
associated network has limited degradation. Integrated devices that can include
voice & data, have a much greater probability in requiring tiers 1-3
support due to the complex functional capabilities, connectivity into the
client’s network, and the state of the data network.
Mobile Technology Management
Vox Mobile’s belief that the mobile worker is the enterprise asset Vs a mobile
device has led to the creation of our Mobile Technology Management program that
contains two major categories of services; Mobile Platform Management and
Mobile Device Management.
Mobile Platform Management
In order for an enterprise to establish corporate governance and compliance to
mobile policies it requires a mobile technology platform that lends itself to
managing the mobile end points on its extended network. A secure, integrated
transport mechanism providing visibility and control is the goal of this
platform. While there are many technologies that our clients are utilizing in
their mobile environment, Vox Mobile is capable in guiding your organization
through the best practices and implementing the right mobile management
platform. Beyond that implementation we support this server based platform in a
variety of capacities; day 2 support, remote managed service, or as a hosted
environment.
Mobile Device Management
At your network’s edge, there exists many generations of mobile devices.
Whether they are voice only or integrated voice and data, these devices require
lifecycle logistical support (hot swap or spare programs), mass deployment
utilities (software provisioning, accessory kitting, and collateral insertion)
along.
Wireless Expense Management
Today CIO’s manage millions of dollars in monthly spend but it can be the tens
to hundreds of thousands of dollars in related mobile spend that they find
themselves concerned, frustrated and confused by their mobile spends
unpredictability.
