Manufacturing Company in Rochester
Network Infrastructure
This manufacturer was experiencing switch failure with its existing network equipment and management was dispersed among six buildings. To centralize control and eliminate downtime, our engineers redesigned the company’s network with more reliable equipment. In addition, a VoIP phone system was integrated into the solution to accommodate for the company’s growth plans.

Network Solution
This customer was seeking support in a Catalyst switch upgrade. We helped maximize the company’s IT investment by obtaining competitive rates and recommending that it trade in its current Catalyst 4006 switch for two 3750 switches. The new infrastructure provided the customer with the switching it needed while also allowing room for future growth.

Print Management Solution
This customer was seeking a solution to lower the cost of its printing environment and simplify its supply-ordering process. We optimized its fleet by identifying over- and under-used printers and reallocating printing resources. Ongoing, we employ an automated Supplies Direct program, in which toner is automatically released when supplies are low. This has allowed the customer to decrease its inventory loads and has freed up its IT staff for more strategic initiatives.
