This distinction of excellence is awarded to the top performing 5 percent of Cisco’s Channel Partners and is the highest distinction that a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Program. It is based upon a minimum of 30 customer satisfaction results, surveys and assessments.
The designation is reflected inside Cisco’s Partner Locator tool and differentiates MCPc from its fellow Cisco Partners. Partners achieving this honor are identifiable by the "Gold Star" distinction in the Cisco Partner Locator tool. Both commercial and enterprise organizations along with Cisco personnel searching for a best in class Cisco Partner will be guided by this distinction of excellence.
Receiving a 4.86 out of a possible 5, MCPc well-surpassed Cisco's qualifying score of 4.60. The award represents a 12-month rolling rating of outstanding customer satisfaction and is Cisco’s highest award for Customer Satisfaction within the Cisco Channel Partner Program.
