MCPc Receives 2011 Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award

CLEVELAND — Sept. 8, 2011 — MCPc, Inc., a Cleveland-based technology products and solutions provider and Cisco Gold Partner, has once again been recognized with the Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award.

Presented to the top-performing five percent of partners, the Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program. It is based on a 12-month rolling rating of outstanding customer satisfaction.

The award designation is reflected inside Cisco’s Partner Locator tool, where partners that have achieved this honor are identifiable by the "Gold Star" distinction. Both commercial and enterprise organizations, as well as Cisco personnel, searching for a best-in-class Cisco Partner will be guided by this mark of excellence.

The Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award is part of its worldwide partner-assessment process. It is based upon a minimum of 30 customer satisfaction results, surveys and assessments.
