Second Annual List Ranks MCPc No. 25 of Midsize Companies
CLEVELAND, Ohio — MCPc, Inc., a technology products and solutions provider, has been named one of the 2011 Top Workplaces in Northeast Ohio by Workplace Dynamics based on employee opinions and surveys.
Employees answered questions related to their company’s direction, ability to execute, career opportunities, manager competence, pay and benefits. As a result, MCPc ranked number 25 on the list of 72 midsize employers, those with 150–499 local employees.
The results were featured in the Plain Dealer’s best employers in Northeast Ohio spotlight. The company is also mentioned in the paper’s Employee Perks section, which highlights the commitment some of Northeast Ohio’s Top Workplaces have to their workers.
The Plain Dealer reports, “Mike Trebilcock, chief executive of MCPc, Inc…created Fun Fridays in 2000 as a morale- and team-building activity that workers could look forward to each week.” Browns vs. Steelers day, ice cream socials, Halloween costume contests, walk-a-thons for charities and car washes where bosses wash employees’ cars are some of the fun perks MCPc provides.

MCPc associates surveyed also indicated that they believe the company is headed in the right direction, and that they are listened to by their managers, have good benefits and feel genuinely appreciated.
