MCPc's Cincinnati office was established in 1981 and, in the fall of 2011, moved into a new facility with a new technology center in the Blue Ash area. This office is home to local sales, technical, training and customer service professionals, and includes an advanced configuration center, multipurpose training center, a telepresence and virtualization demo suite, as well as local staging and warehousing.
We’re proud to be a part of the “Queen City” community — a great place to live, work and raise a family. The Cincinnati office serves customers in southwest Ohio, southeast Indiana and northern Kentucky. Our client list includes a mix of both private and public sector organizations representing a broad range of technology solutions and services. Through MCPc, they have access to a deep bench of technical, sales and customer services professionals throughout the region.

This customer deployed a national MPLS (Multiple Protocol Label Switching) network for data. We implemented all the data circuits and equipment in a four-month rollout. As a result, the company experienced significant improvements in data transmission, as well as cost savings from its old circuit design.

Print Management Solution
This regional bank uses our total print management services to reduce costs and increase efficiencies at its branch sites. The solution includes all maintenance, preventive maintenance and toner costs included in one simple cost-per-page billing mechanism. It also provides highly informative reports which enable MCPc to effectively manage the bank’s fleet of printers and multi-function devices.

This manufacturer selected MCPc to deploy its VMware server virtualization project. The virtualized solution provides the customer with greater flexibility in disaster recovery and improved data center efficiencies.

Local Hospice Medical Facility
VoIP Upgrade Project
During its transition to a new building, this medical facility worked with MCPc to install a new VoIP phone system. We provided a complete upgrade as well as individual and administrator training. The new system increases staff productivity and enables more professional operations.

Our
office is located just east of the Cincinnati-Blue Ash Airport, right off the Reed Hartman Highway.
Cincinnati offers opportunities for people of all interests including art, theater, music, sports and outdoor activities.
Local attractions include Broadway shows, Kings Island Theme Park and an abundance of restaurants and museums. In addition, sports fans can cheer on Cincinnati’s three professional sports teams — the Reds, Bengals and Cyclones.

In 2007, Forbes magazine named Cincinnati the
