Welcome Message from Mike Kelly, Chicago Sales Manager
Welcome to MCPc Chicago! If I were asked to describe our Chicago office in two words, they would be stability and experience. Our office was established in 1976 and has remained stable – even during poor economies – due to effective management and commitment to our customers.
With regard to experience, our Chicago staff has an average industry tenure of more than 25 years. Having so many years dedicated to this industry, we are highly capable of providing you with the best technology solutions for your needs.
We pride ourselves on concierge-level customer service and we work hard every day to earn your business. In today’s hectic IT world, companies are expected to do more with less. Isn’t it refreshing to know that your requests for MCPc services will be handled efficiently and accurately the first time?
We have strong relationships with Tier-1 manufacturers located in the Chicago area including HP, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, NEC and many others. One of MCPc’s greatest strengths is that we are large enough to represent these top-level partners but still nimble enough to provide small-company courtesy and service.
Finally, a big thank you to the customers who have been with us since the early days in the 70’s and all the customers whom we have been privileged to meet and serve over the past three decades. For prospective clients, we welcome you and invite you to check out what MCPc Chicago has to offer.
We work with all kinds of companies — from small and medium-sized businesses to global enterprises — in a variety of industries. Following are summaries of a few recent customer engagements outlining some of our technology service and solution offerings.

The Chicago metropolitan area, known as Chicagoland, contains nearly 10 million people in three states – Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. It is the 22nd largest metropolitan area in the world.
From its historically significant, yet thoroughly modern epicenter (the City of Chicago), to its neighboring suburban communities (many of which serve as the homes of corporations, parks, zoos, musical venues, and shopping and residential centers) our area is a great place to live or visit.
Within the city of Chicago, there are plenty of recreational, educational and cultural attractions to thrill people of all interests. Highlights include renowned architecture — such as the world’s first skyscrapers — world-class museums and an abundance of theater, music and dining venues.
Chicago is also known for its parks –
Millennium,
Grant,
Lincoln and
Garfield — where visitors can bike, stroll or picnic. In addition, residents and visitors alike enjoy the coast of Lake Michigan at
Navy Pier, which features parks, promenades, gardens, shops, eateries and attractions.
Other attractions include the
Lincoln Park Zoo (one of the few remaining zoos with free admission) and numerous sporting arenas. The city is home to a variety of professional sports teams including Bears football, Bulls basketball, Cubs baseball, White Sox baseball, Rush indoor football, Blackhawks hockey and Fire soccer.
