Our Northeast Ohio headquarters offers a superb environment for living and working, situated near one of the world’s largest fresh water lakes, and one of the nation’s best park systems. We are also surrounded by world-class medical facilities, including the Cleveland Clinic; home to major professional sports teams such as the Indians, Cavaliers and Browns; fine dining establishments; and entertainment spots, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Playhouse Square and the East Fourth Street entertainment district. Northeast Ohio offers something for everyone.

Fun Facts

• The average tenure for our associates is seven years, with many enjoying 20+ year careers here.
• MCPc has more than 300 employees in 16 states.
• Internal associates filled 10% of new positions and 16% of open/vacant positions in 2009.
• 17% of our 2009 new hires were the result of employee referrals (and our recruit for loot program paid the referring employee $2,000!).
• MCPc has a Fun Friday program that offers a lighter approach to the workday nearly every week. We do activities like wear our favorite crazy hats, dress up and perform skits at Halloween, and compete for the best homemade chili.
• MCPc is proud to support many charitable organizations including the United Way, Berea Children’s Home and Providence House. We raise money throughout the year with manager car washes (your manager washes your car), a dunk tank (yes, we even make our president sit in the tank) and 50/50 raffles.
• Posted on our Wall of Fame are more than 100 recognition letters we received from our customers regarding our employee experiences in 2009.

Annual Events

• Company Picnic — Our picnics are family-oriented and boast old-fashioned cookouts and games, like water balloon tosses and tug-of-war in the park.
• United Way Campaign — We enjoy raising money for worthy causes and MCPc associates always step up to the plate to help our friends in need. Pay-to-play corn-hole tournaments, cookie-grams and coin wars are regular occurrences here.
• Manager-Served Pancake Breakfast — Around the holidays, we rent a griddle, and send one of our executives, who happens to be an expert flapjack flipper, out into the snow. Our managers take orders from their associates and then deliver delicious made-to-order hot breakfasts (complete with coffee, juice, etc.) to their desks.
